“Eliezer and the Carrot” with the Mashu-Mashu Ensemble (based on the book by Levin Kipnis)

Just like every other morning, Grampa Eliezer is getting ready for another day of sowing and planting. But today is special, and Grampa Eleizer is preparing a special surprise for us. What do you think will happen when a boy becomes a dog or a girl becomes a mouse? And how can a carrot play hide-and-seek? The lovely Grampa Eliezer, full of surprises and seeds, comes to the festival of fancy dress at the Museum for Islamic Art.

Humorous performance of cartoon characters dressed up as a serious program ( in Hebrew) !

Amos Ellenbogen, caricaturist and mind-puzzle inventor, takes you on a trip of humor and creativity. We turn the evil Haman of the biblical story into a comics figure, find creative uses for noise-makers (“groggers”) – and (time permitting) find out why we are the most “we” especially in fancy dress.
